Hi, my loved ones,

almost two weeks ago we took a romantic break for a weekend at the Kuschelhotel Gams. After we were absolutely enthusiastic about our last visit in July 2018, I gave my friend another stay there as a present. Full of anticipation we pack our suitcases, get into the car and drive off towards Gams. After about two and a half hours drive, some good mood songs including singing along and a McDonalds visit later we arrive finally 😉

Already the heart-shaped entrance into the underground garage contributes even more to our anticipation. But also the underground garage itself is probably the most beautiful one I have ever seen. Because of the dim lighting, the chandeliers and the thread curtains around the columns even the underground car park looks somehow romantic and chic 😉 Quickly we unload our suitcases and check in. Like last time we are greeted with champagne and refreshing towels. One feels really immediately warmly welcome and absolutely spoiled. We sit down briefly in the lounge area and toast together before we are brought to our room.

Already last time the room was an absolute highlight for me and so I open the door excitedly. OMG! It’s really even nicer than I remembered it! 😉 The soft beige, white and brown tones, as well as the fabrics hanging from the ceiling, create a soft and wonderful atmosphere. Besides the round bed, which is surrounded by a kind of canopy, the whirlpool bathtub is an absolute highlight for me *_* But also the make-up table is a girl’s dream come true. You can hardly describe this room – it is dreamlike in the truest sense of the word 😉 

After we have unpacked our things briefly, we go to the SPA area. Everything is just as beautiful here as it was during our last visit. Besides various relaxation rooms there is also a whirlpool, an outdoor pool and a large sauna area with two different saunas and two steam baths. Of course we enjoyed everything extensively and are almost always alone in the sauna or steam bath. A highlight is beside the fancy showers also the hot spot: a small, round hot water basin. *_* 

After the sauna we had a tasty tea in the SPA Lounge and some dried fruits before we went to our special treatment 😉 In a private steam bath two different chocolate treatments are available for us – a peeling and a chocolate full body mask. The chocolate is quite hot in the beginning, but then really super pleasant on the skin 😉 After that we definitely have very soft and chocolate-smelling skin *_* to bite on 😀

Finally there is a cocoa served and a short resting phase in a waterbed. During the treatment the hotel staff prepares a small, romantic surprise in the room, but I don’t want to reveal too much 😉

The Kuschelhotel Gams has not only convinced us again with the fantastic rooms and the great SPA area, but also with the incredibly delicious food 😉 Both breakfast and dinner are really good 😉 My highlight here was definitely the dessert buffet on Saturday evening! Wow!!! I love, as you know, candy and this evening I’m really in candy heaven!

We enjoyed our short trip to Gams very much again and will definitely go there again. While there is often not enough time for togetherness in everyday life, everything in the Kuschelhotel turns around time for two 😉 – so beautiful.
