today it is time – it is Mother’s Day. After all the DIY posts about possible mothers day gifts, besides all the outfits and all the possible enterprises there is today a completely different post. A post that is not from me but from my mom.

My mom took extra time to fulfill me this whish, as she always does..She is always there for me when I need something. While she often withdraws, I’m always her number one.

Here comes the post, which is actually not a mothers day present, but a gift for me. Here comes the post, which really touched me to thr bone and showed me one more time how much my mom loves me. Here comes the post, which may also show you how important you are to your mom.

Of course I am very happy when my daughter thinks about me on Mother’s Day and makes me a creative gift. By this I mean no purchased gift, nothing material. I mean something very personal from the heart. But not only the gift comes from Sassi’s heart, but also the packaging. The gifts are always very elaborately packed and decorated. This is, so to speak, already “old” family tradition, so we also have an extra craft and gift packaging room in the cellar. There are boxes full of gift and ring tapes, glitter, pearls and feathers of all colors. Gift paper monochrome and patterned, boxes of all shapes, sizes and colors, shells, buttons and anything that could still be used.

The waste separation process therefore proceeds as follows:

Organic waste, paper, yellow sack, residual waste or can one still use it for crafting?

Creativity has always been a priority here. Since childhood days, I have been encouraging the creativity of my daughter. I would never have thought that this creativity would show in a blog.

Time is valuable

Nowadays the most precious gift is time. Everyone is stressed and only rushes from date to date. That is why both the time spent on my gift and the time for activities together have a higher value than any material gift . If I open the lovingly wrapped gift very carefully, I’m already completely touched. Yes that’s the way it is with the mums.

The gift is finally opened and a voucher appears. Yes, maybe the one or the other finds a voucher boring – but this time it is not just a shopping voucher, but a voucher for a fun time together.

Only recently did I receive such a voucher for a joint time with my daughter.

So I was able to spend with my daughter in line of a cooperation a weekend at the Hotel Bachmeier Weissach, where we had a great girl – pampering weekend. We had lots of fun and I was, of course, very proud at my “successful blogger”.

When Saskia came home from the seminar trip to Vienna about 1 1/2 years ago with the idea of writing her own blog, I could not imagine what it was like, and thought: yes just try it. The straw fire will be gone out soon. But over the weeks and months, the blog has become more and more her great passion, in which she invested hours by hours without losing the desire. I can remember well when Saskia told me she would not tell at school about her blog until she has at least a hundred followers. And then it became more and more – two hundred, five hundred, and finally one thousand. When the first small cooperations came around, she was naturally proud as punch … and I was even a bit more proud.

Yes, that’s what I really wanted to say with this post.

Time is a precious gift, it makes me happy. And yet there is still a “gift” that gives every mom even more pleasure.

The most beautiful gift for us Moms is, when our children are happy and content with themselves and their lives. When I see how much Sassi is up in her blog and how happy she is about every small step on the success ladder, that makes me happy and very proud.

But even if it does not go so well, the moms of this world are the ones who are there for you to catch and comfort you. Even if you really messed up, your mothers will be behind you and always be there for you, because you are simply the most beautiful gift for all the mothers of this world.

This is perhaps a bit touchy now, but mothers are like this if it comes to their loved ones.

Have a wonderful Mother’s Day with your moms, for whom you will always be the greatest and who are incredibly proud of you, your performance and your great blogs.
