This way you start much more relaxed in the day.

It shouldn’t be something heavy. Natural yoghurt with a few berries or honey is enough. Carbohydrates, fat and sugars prevent you from getting off the ground. Just like in the bathroom, you should also take time here and do not gulp.

If you do not trust yourself, make a challenge with your best friend, your siblings or any other early riser. He should always call you test times in the morning to check briefly, if you are awake.
