I’ve also gotten it – the blogger blues. Slowly, the gray, cold days really get on my nerves. In addition, there was my whole weekend at the university, so I missed the only nice and sunny day of the last week.
My creativity is zero, and no matter how often I start a blog post, I’m not really satisfied.
Either I do not like my already shot looks, or I do not have a suitable text.
Well, even in a bloggers life does not everything shine and glimmer, because also here from time to time there are gray days.
College, work and my blog
In September, I started a dual course, and as easy as it has begun, it is not anymore. In addition to university and work to constantly produce new contributions is not exactly easy. Often, I sit in my bed until late at night to edit pictures, write texts and answer mails.
I usually answer the comments only on the weekend, which I am incredibly sorry for.
Every now and then, the thought has already settled in with all the stress – why do you blog at all? Shouldn’t you better stop?
In the beginning I resisted all these thoughts and tried to repress them. But today I decided to deal with it, and I realize that I am blogging because I really love it! I love the mix of photo shootings, image processing and writing.
Motivation, inspiration and creativity
At the end of the day, I just need more motivation, inspiration and creativity. The gray days cloud my mood. It would be best to stay in bed with such a weather and to watch some soaps. Here I can recommend The Royals 😛
That’s why I need spring – and very quickly!
Until then I have 5 tips on how to get out of the winter depression.
#1 Give up
Sometimes you just have to be lazy. The lack of drive isn’t signaled of your body without reason, maybe you just need a break. Here you will find tips for cold winter days.
#2 Dream something nice
If it’s so dreary here, why don’t you just dream yourself away? For example, I just planned my summer vacation and am now I’m besides myself with joy if I think about it. The destination is Thailand, so much I can already tell you. 😉
#3 Listen to music
Hardly anything drives my bad mood away as fast as a good song – best in my car, quite loud. I mean, who does not sing with the music in the car when the favorite song comes!
Singing just makes happy …;)
#4 Do sports
Sport is not only one of the top priorities, but also helps to motivate you again. The way to the studio is actually the hardest, because if you are there once, it is really great. I try to go twice a week and reward myself with a sauna visit.
#5 Decorate around
If spring does not come to us, we just bring it here. I love to decorate my apartment with flowers. Maybe you only got some yesterday … ;)?
