3 Beauty DIY Christmas Gifts for the perfect Home SPA Day

what could be nicer than homemade DIY Christmas gifts with a lot of love? Nothing, really. For me personally, DIY Christmas gifts often have much more value than something bought, after all, the presenter thought about it and took the time to do something special for me. You feel the same way?
Then the decision is done: this year DIY Christmas will be the presents!
But what should I give my loved ones? Cookies? Too boring. A knitted scarf? Takes too long.
It should be something practical, something that is really useful. Again and again my thoughts revolve around the DIY Christmas gifts and when I am taking a bath with a beautiful mask, I suddenly think about: How about a Beauty DIY set?
Quickly I get out of the tub and start to google, or should I say search on Pinterest?
I quickly find what I’m looking for, but whenever I take a closer look, I notice that you need at least one very special and often expensive ingredient. So the search goes on and on. But somehow it’s not the right thing to do.
Anyway, I’ll give it a try myself. My goal is to use not more than 3 ingredients. In this way, all 3 DIYs can be produced not only quickly but also transparently.

Wild rose oil

Wild rose oil not only pampers the senses, but also gives your skin an extra portion of care. By the way, wild rose oil also reduces wrinkles, cellulite and pigment spots. Wild rose oil is exactly what your dry winter skin needs.

To make the bath salts look even more beautiful, dried, crumbled rose petals are added. It is best to buy a cheap bouquet of roses and dry them.
To do this, you first pluck all the leaves. Depending on how much time you have, you can dry the leaves in a book, in an oven or simply in the microwave.
If you decide to use the microwave, put a Zewa underneath;)
Afterwards you can easily crumble the leaves with your hand;)

The salt will dissolve later in the warm water, so it’s almost as if you were swimming in the sea and filling up with some #vitaminsea. By the way, salt water not only promotes wound healing, but also ensures cleaner skin and eliminates water retention.

1st Beauty DIY Christmas Gifts: The Wild Rose Bath Salts

What could be nicer than putting yourself in the hot tub after a long, cold winter’s day? Well, okay, maybe a hot bath with chocolate and a good movie: D
That’s why the first of the 3 Beauty DIY Christmas gifts is a bath essence, more precisely a wild rose bath salt.

Whatever you need:

• 5 tbsp Himalayan salt
• 1 tbsp. wild roses oil
• 2 dried rose

First mix the oil with the dried and crushed rose petals in a bowl. Then gradually add all 5 tablespoons of Himalayan salt. Leave the mixture to stand for 30 minutes and let it dry again.

2nd Beauty DIY Christmas Gifts: The Wild Rose Face Mask

Such a wonderfully warm bath with a beautiful mask is even more fun. However, most DIY masks are not very durable and so I searched for a long time and finally came up with a mask myself.

Whatever you need:

• 4 tablespoons healing clay
• 1 tablespoon Aronia berry powder
• 1 tsp. wild rose oil

First mix the aronia powder with the wild rose oil. Then gradually add the healing clay. It may take some time until there are no lumps left. Allow this mixture to dry for about 30 minutes and stir, then stir again vigorously. Finished is your durable mask.

Now you’re probably wondering what kind of mask? Your powder mixture alone is not a mask. Only when the recipient mixes water with it becomes a mask, which can then be applied with a brush. In this way, everyone can determine the amount of masks individually.

• 2 dried roses

Mix the shredded rose petals with the oil and add the sugar. A moist mass should be formed at the end. Due to the wild rose oil your skin is nourished during the peeling process and creaming is not necessary anymore;)
